I decided to plant my very first garden this year.

Zucchini, Squash, Onions, Okra, Tomatoes and Sunflowers

Aquarium

The kids and I went on a little trip to the aquarium today. Jenna loved it and Carson actually liked it too. There were several school field trips going on but we tried to take it slow and let them all pass us.

We also played in the "creek" beside the aquarium too. Jenna got soaking wet but it was worth it to both of us. :)

Kid-Free

ding festivities for my cuz....and I LEFT THE KIDS AT HOME! This was the view from my bedroom window!
I went out of town to Gulf Shores last week for wed I stayed up late, slept in, walked on the beach, shopped, ate seafood and enjoyed two days kid-free. :)

Carson rode on the horses for the first time on Easter. Here he is with Papaw and Apache. He loved it just like his sister does.

11 months

11 months!

Egg Hunts

The kids got to attend 3 egg hunts this year. Jenna is a pro at them now...

The first one was at the armory. They hid about 600 eggs and there were about 12 kids there so they all got tons of eggs and candy! We ate after the egg hunt and decorate cupcakes. It was such a fun way to start off Spring!

The second egg hunt was the DZT egg hunt at Lee. I forgot my camera!! But someone e-mailed us this picture of Carson. The Easter bunny was there. Jenna isn't fond of those kind of things but Lindsey convinced her to give him a high five. That's a big step for us. :)

The last one was an egg hunt at the church property. Jenna got lots of eggs and prizes. We all rode on a hay ride and Jenna jumped in the jump twice. After that we went to my Grandmother's house for Easter Supper. We were so happy to be able to eat on the back porch. It is so nice out there! We look lots of pics but the only one I got on my camera was everyone torturing my sweet boy with "Annie".

Spring Break!

Lindsey, the kids and I went down to Orange Beach for Spring Break. We stayed at my aunt's condo with my cuz all week long. We had a blast. This was Carson's first time at the beach and he really loved it. The water was freezing but luckily we had an indoor pool to go to.

We also went on a dolphin cruise and we really enjoyed it. I don't have the pictures on this computer so I will have to update later.
